COVID-19 vaccine information
Latest Update - April 13, 2021
Based on recommendations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our State and County health departments, Luminis Health will be pausing administration of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Please know, according to the FDA and CDC, the reported adverse events are extremely rare.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update you with new information as we receive it.
Luminis Health wants to be sure you have the most up-to-date information around the COVID-19 vaccine.
As part of the State of Maryland’s vaccination roll-out plan, we provide vaccines to our community. If you are eligible, learn more about how to request a vaccine.
By getting vaccinated, you can also help protect people around you—your family, your friends and your community.

V-safe is a smartphone-based tool that uses text messaging and web surveys to provide personalized health check-ins after you receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Through v-safe, you can quickly tell CDC if you have any side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine. Depending on your answers, someone from CDC may call to check on you and get more information.
